Brenda oversees the operations as well as marketing New Generation Skills’ products and services across industries in South Africa. Her extensive experience in the employment and education sectors over the past thirty years brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to lead a team of professionals. Brenda was also awarded the BPeSA Trainer of the year in 2009.
Shirley Henry
Finance Manager
Shirley has been with New Generation Skills for 3 years. She is a qualified Bookkeeper with more than twenty years experience in dealing with matters financial. She handles the full accounting function of the business as well as the human resources requirements.
Brandon Clarke
Project Support
Brandon had a sales and marketing background before he joined New Generation Skills 2 years ago. This bears fruit in his people skills when he interacts with our delegates on the shuttle service, he runs for New Generation Skills. He also sets up all the requirements for our facilitators so that they operate at maximum peak – e.g. stationery, registers, manuals, certificates etc.
Subash Jeram
Training Facilitator
Subash is one of the trainers who injects more than being a mere facilitator by engaging with the delegates throughout their training experience with New Generation Skills .He ensures they look forward to the sessions, and he injects a lot of fun and enjoyment in his interaction with them.
Londiwe Mthethwa
Administration Support
Londi is a great support to have running our office administration. She is an asset to our team since she started 2 years ago. Londi is a point of contact for all learners participating in the wide range of training we offer. She enjoys attending workshops relevant to training, to keep New Generation Skills abreast with current activity and interacting with the delegates.
